Ingredients

1 x fruit teabag flavoured with peach and mango50ml/2fl oz Cognac 2 tsp vanilla syrup iceTo garnishmint sprig slice of peach

Method

1. Place the teabag, Cognac and vanilla syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and stir gently with a bar spoon. 2. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of peach. Serve immediately.
