Tapenade Pasta

Ingredients
140g/5oz penne pasta1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed110g/4oz black olives, pitted1 lemon, juice only4-5 tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil.2. Cook the pasta in the boiling water according to the packet instructions.3. Remove from the heat, drain and return to the pan. 4. Place the garlic, black olives, lemon juice and olive oil into a food processor and blend to a smooth consistency.5. Stir the tapenade mixture into the cooked pasta and toss together.6. Serve.
