S' more Snack Cake
S' Mores Snack Cake
Yield: Makes 24 servings
Ingredients:
1package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare mix
1cup chocolate chunks, divided
1-1/2cups miniature marshmallows
1cup bear-shaped graham crackers (honey or chocolate flavor)
Preparation:
1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13X9-inch baking pan.2.Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spread batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chunks.3.Bake 30 minutes. Remove cake from oven; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chunks and marshmallows. Arrange bears evenly over top of cake as shown in photo.4.Return cake to oven; bake 8 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. Cool completely before cutting.
Note:
This cake is best served the day it is made.
