Quick Garlic-Onion Ring
Yield: Makes 10 servings (1 ring)
Ingredients:
1/4cup finely chopped green onions
1tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
2cloves garlic, minced
1package (10-count) regular or buttermilk flaky biscuits
Preparation:
1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine onions, butter and garlic in small bowl; set aside.2.Separate dough into individual biscuits. Gently pull apart each biscuit to separate into two halves, making 20 pieces.3.Brush one side of each piece with garlic-onion mixture. Arrange pieces, onion-side up and overlapping, in 9-inch circle on ungreased baking sheet.4.Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
