Quick Breakfast Sandwich
Yield: Makes 2 sandwiches
Ingredients:
2turkey breakfast sausage patties
3eggs
Salt and black pepper
2teaspoons butter
2whole wheat English muffins, split and toasted
2slices Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
1.Cook sausage according to package directions; set aside and keep warm.2.Beat eggs in small bowl with salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in small skillet. Pour in eggs; cook and stir gently over low heat until just set.3.Place cheese on bottom halves of English muffins; top with sausage and scrambled eggs. Serve immediately.
Tip:
Turkey sausage breakfast patties may vary in size. If patties are small, use two patties for each sandwich.
