Orange Breakfast Loaf
Yield: Makes 12 to 16 servings loaf (1 [1-1/2-pound])
Ingredients:
1cup water
1/3cup orange juice
2tablespoons vegetable oil
1teaspoon salt
2cups all-purpose flour
1cup old-fashioned oats
1cup whole wheat flour
1/2cup dried cranberries
2tablespoons sugar
1teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
2teaspoons active dry yeast
Preparation:
1.Measuring carefully, place all ingredients in bread machine pan in order specified by owner' s manual.2.Program basic or white cycle and desired crust setting; press start. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
