Oatmeal-Raisin Bread
Yield: Makes 12 or 16 servings
Ingredients:
1-1/4cups water
2tablespoons honey
1tablespoon margarine or butter, softened
1-1/2teaspoons salt
3cups bread flour
1/4cup nonfat dry milk powder
1-1/2teaspoons rapid-rise yeast
1/2cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
1/2cup raisins
1-1/2cups water

2teaspoons rapid-rise yeast
3/4cup uncooked old-fashioned oats

Preparation:
1.Measuring carefully, place all ingredients except oats and raisins in bread machine pan in order specified by owner' s manual. 2.Program basic cycle and desired crust setting; press start. Add oats and raisins when bread machine signals, or at end of first kneading cycle. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
