Mangoes and Sweet Cream
Yield: Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1/2cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1packet sugar substitute
1/4teaspoon vanilla
1ripe medium mango, peeled, pitted and diced or 1 cup diced peaches
Preparation:
1.Beat yogurt, cream cheese, sugar substitute and vanilla in small bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Fold in mangoes.2.Spoon mixture into two dessert dishes.
