Mango Yogurt Drink
Yield: Makes about 1-1/2 cups
Ingredients:
1/2cup plain yogurt
1ripe mango, peeled, seeded and sliced
1/4cup orange juice
1teaspoon honey
2ice cubes
Milk (optional)
Preparation:
1.Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; process until smooth. Add milk to obtain preferred consistency.
TIP:
The skin of most mangoes tinges with more red or yellow as the fruit ripens. Mangoes are ready to eat when they yield to gentle pressure.
