Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1large mango, peeled, pitted, and cubed
1-3/4cups fat-free (skim) milk
2tablespoons frozen orange-peach-mango juice concentrate
4ice cubes
1/8teaspoon almond extract (optional)
Preparation:
1.Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Tip:
Chill mango before preparing recipe or use frozen mango pieces.
