Kiwifruit Angel Shortcake
Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4kiwifruit
2tablespoons honey
1teaspoon grated orange peel
1cup lemon nonfat yogurt
1/2cup thawed frozen reduced-fat nondairy whipped topping
4slices angel food cake, cut 1 inch thick
Preparation:
1.Peel kiwifruit; cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Combine kiwifruit, honey and orange peel; set aside. Combine yogurt and whipped topping until well blended. Place angel food cake on 4 dessert plates; top each slice with yogurt mixture and kiwifruit mixture. Serve immediately.
