Irish Cream Frosting
Yield: Makes about 2/3 cup frosting
Ingredients:
1/4cup (2 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
2tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
1-1/2cups powdered sugar
Preparation:
1.Beat cream cheese and butter in small bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Beat in liqueur. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth.
