Easy Teriyaki Burgers
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1/2cup ketchup
2tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1/2teaspoon black pepper
1pound ground beef
4kaiser rolls or hamburger buns, warmed
4leaves green leaf lettuce
4slices fresh red tomato
Preparation:
1.Prepared grill for direct cooking.2.Combine ketchup, teriyaki sauce and pepper in small bowl. Add 1/4 cup mixture to ground beef; mix well. shape beef into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.3.Place patties on grid over medium heat. Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes ( or, uncovered, 13 to 15 minutes) to medium doneness (160°F), turning and brushing often with remaining sauce. Place patties on buns. Serve with lettuce and tomatoes.
