Ingredients
60ml/2¼fl oz vodka1½ limes, cut into quarters1 tbsp granulated sugarhandful ice1 lime wedge, to garnish
Method
1. Place the vodka, limes (except the garnish) and sugar into a highball glass and carefully ' muddle' or pound with the end of a clean rolling pin.2. Add a handful of ice, garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
