Blue cheese dip with chargrilled fennel

Ingredients
For the Blue Cheese Dip110g/4oz gorgonzola120ml/4fl oz double cream110g/4oz Greek yoghurtTo Serve1-2 tbsp olive oil4 baby fennels, halved
Method
1. Preheat a griddle pan over a high heat.2. In a large bowl mix together the gorgonzola, cream and Greek yoghurt until smooth.3. Transfer to a serving bowl.4. Heat the oil in the griddle pan and griddle the fennel for 1-2 minutes either side or until cooked.5. Remove from the heat and serve with the blue cheese dip.
