Berries with Banana Cream
Yield: Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1/3cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2small ripe banana, cut into chunks
1tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
2cups sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or a combination
1/8teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation:
1.Combine sour cream, banana and juice concentrate in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.2.Place berries in 2 serving dishes. Top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish as desired.
