Bean and Chorizo Stew

Ingredients
1-2 chorizo sausages, peeled and sliced at an angle1 tbsp vegetable oil2 garlic cloves, choppedgood dash of white wine310g/11oz cherry tomatoes2 tbsp tomato purée1 tbsp chopped marjoram400g tin cannellini beans, drained
Method
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage until crisp. Drain off the excess oil and add the garlic to the pan along with a dash of wine.2. Place the cherry tomatoes in a food processor and blitz briefly and add to the pan. Stir in the purée, marjoram and beans and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve at once with plenty of toasted bread.
