Ingredients

2 figs, cut open55g/2oz Stilton cheesebalsamic vinegarolive oilmixed salad leaves, to serve

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.2. Stuff each fig with a wedge of Stilton and press halves back together.3. Place on a baking tray and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Place into the oven for eight to ten minutes, until hot and bubbling.4. Remove from the oven and serve with a mixed salad.
