Backyard Burgers
Yield: Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
1-1/2pounds ground beef
1/3cup barbecue sauce, divided
2tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
6onion hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation:
1.Combine ground beef, 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, onion and oregano in large bowl. Shape into six 1-inch-thick patties.2.Place patties on grill rack directly above medium coals. Grill, uncovered, until desired doneness, turning and brushing often with remaining barbecue sauce. To serve, place patties on buns.
